Zest Academy Trust offers a full HR administrative service to schools and academies. Our dedicated HR team are available throughout the year to answer your queries and deal with day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, processing starters and leavers, pre-employment checks, face-to-face meetings, sickness absence monitoring, an annual HR ‘health-check’ audit and report management to name a few.
Our full HR health-check is an independent audit of your HR processes and procedures. Our experienced staff will undertake a review of your single central record (SCR) alongside your HR policies and the DfE’s ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ statutory guidance.
Your recruitment journey begins with a consultation to discuss your organisation’s recruitment needs. From placing your advert to welcoming new employees into your school and their subsequent induction and probation, we’ll be there to help you along the way. We are also experts in looking after your staff, with a comprehensive staff wellbeing package.
Our HR advisers will be on hand to advise you on matters relating to employee relations, policy and procedures or any other general enquires you have. Advice and guidance can be provided by telephone or email all year round.
